We have a team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to helping retailers and their staff enhance their sales, customer service and merchandising.

Our team consists of Raechel Wilson, Lauren Bawden and Sarah O’regan. Leading our team is Raechel, who has over 25 years of experience in the retail and wholesale industry. She holds a marketing degree and is a qualified trainer in customer service, sales, merchandising, and bra fitting. Lauren has over 10 years experience in fashion retail, customer service and social media curation. Sarah is our merchandising wiz, you’ll see her whipping merchandising into shape in leading department stores.
